U.S. Bancorp Consumer Loan department,

Vehicle lease Taking out the loan or lease Colorado

traded in a leased vehicle during final months of lease term for an - leased vehicle in -, -. All final lease payments and terms were paid to US Bank per their payoff demands in the transaction. I just received a property tax bill for the entire year of - from US Bank ( on -/-/-, more than 4 months after completing final payoff per US Bank demands ). Called US Bank to dispute, was told that I can do what I want in regards to the bill, they will submit report for non-payment to credit reporting agencies if I choose not to pay. Not willing to remove charge for property they have already received final payment on ( 4 months prior ).
