Capital One Credit card department,
I did n't receive a paper copy statement for my Capitol One credit card for the month of -/-/- with a payment due on -/-/2016, so I called on -/-/- to request a copy and spoke to a supervisor ( - - ID # - ). I was informed by another Capitol One customer service agent on -/-/2016 that this request for a paper copy was not processed, stating in the notes that I did n't verify my address ( when I was never asked for it ). I paid the amount in full before the due date, but Capitol One NEVER provided me with a paper copy, stating that the - might have lost it. I believe the statement was purposefully never provided in hopes that I would miss the due date and have to pay late fees.
