I have concerns about how Chase handled a fraudulent purchase on my account. The purchase was stopped ; however we were not notified of a phone number change. They stated they notified us but said they could not provide proof to a customer - a court order was needed. Additionally, when trying to work with their staff, they appeared to have many inexperienced representatives ; long hold times and pieces of misinformation. - calls, two hours, - rep 's and - supervisors to finally determine what happened and ensure my account was closed.
