JPMorgan Chase & Co. Credit card department,
On my - statement I noticed - incorrect charges that were not made by myself or my wife. - was to - on - for $540.00. the other was to - on - for $3200.00. I contacted Chase to dispute the charges and close the account to avoid further charges. I then contacted - and they stated that the charge was deemed fraudulent and reversed. When I contacted - the gentleman took my info and said I would be contacted within a few days ... No reply ... In the interim I received a letter from Chase, ( see attach ), stating that they had verified the purchase by -, and the disputed amount was to remain on my account. I sent a letter to Chase stating the incorrect bal on my account after reviewing my next statement.. So far no reply.
