I recently went to draw - dollars out of my account and the atm only gave me - dollars but - was still taken off my card along with the - charge for using the atm. I followed all the steps I needed to I sent them a copy of the receipt showing the proof only to get an email back saying they are n't giving me back my - they never gave me but took that they do n't see anything wrong. This is the 2nd time I also had a - taken from me from a hotel I have NEVER even stayed at. I support - people so I ca n't afford to have someone take over - dollars from me in a month. Can you please help me they been giving me the run around for over a month now.
