Closing/Cancelling account Florida
Good Evening, I wanted to reach out in regards to an issue I have experienced with capital One. I had - credit card accounts with them ( - for nearly 10 years and the other 6 years ) that have never been delinquent. I deposited a - check on -/-/16 - - - and I had - checks ACH checks with Capital One that were debiting my - - - checking account on this same day, - for $40.00 and the other was a full account payoff - $1200.00. - - - did not pay the checks at the time ( they NSF -/-/16 ) due to funds being released in same time period but they refunded the overdraft fees and said capital one could resubmit and they would pay them. Capital one did not resubmit the checks so I issued new payoff checks -/-/16 for - of the accounts. -/-/16 I called them because my account said restricted and they informed me that they closed all - of my accounts -/-/16 and said they would not re-open them. I have been a loyal customer for nearly 10 years and have never missed a payment on any of these accounts. This negatively impacts my credit score since - of these accounts still have a balance and these are my oldest credit lines.
