JPMorgan Chase & Co. Credit card department,

I COMPLETELY paid off - charge cards which, along with some others, have have had $ - to $ - in balances. Not to mention my income is approximately $ -, - % higher than last year - or ever. My reward for paying off - $4900.00. - card? 2 days later they crushed my credit limit from $ - to $ -. THAT MAKES NO SENSE! I pay off almost $ - and THEN get my limited clobbered to - of what I JUST PAID! This makes no sense ( and I expect they have a credit score, with NO late pmts, from before everything just paid off ). Can not think of anything else. Jeez, why pay it off. Might as well have paid off another card that was not going to penalize me for improving my credit and paying off balances!.
