I closed my - - credit card on - -, 2016. The credit card charged an annual fee of $95.00 on - -, 2016. I contacted Chase in -, and again in - and was told that the fees would be refunded in full within - billing cycle. I called Chase again in - -, 2016 and was told that Chase had changed its policy as of - -, 2016 to honor refund for annual fees for cancellation within 30 days. I was told inconsistent information and was left without any refund.
