Credit reporting company's investigation problem with statement of dispute
Experian Credit reporting department,
Credit reporting company's investigation Problem with statement of dispute Washington
I 'm bothered by the fact that Experian sent me an updated letter stating you had verified this inaccurate repossession account. What happened to the new and relevant information I sent to your company, which proved this account is inaccurate? Did you pass this information on to the furnisher during your investigation? I 'm starting get upset and frustrated at the way your company is handling my complaint. I did what you said but you sent me another letter stating that it was verified. I 'm starting to feel really stressed. I really do n't want to file complaints but it seems that I do n't have a choice at this point. I believe you use a system called - to handle investigations. Please do not rely on this system because it 's not 100 % accurate. I see that there is a lot of data on the net about this - system. We are real people and not just numbers, ok.
From my research on the FTC web site, you ca n't parrot information from the creditor and collection agencies. You must perform a true investigation. The FTC also allows consumers to bring lawsuits against the credit bureaus for violating the FCRA. Please do a new investigation on the following repossession account. If you choose not to act, I will have no choice but to file more complaints and seek legal advice from an FCRA attorney.
