Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low Wisconsin

I was charged $74.00 in fees in which were not warranted. The fees state overdraft however my account was never overdrafted. My balance on - was $45.00, on - a deposit was made putting my balance at $520.00. Then I was charged - for over drafting with a positive balance. This is n't the first time TCF Bank has tried to take money from my account for overdraft which never happened.
