I have a business checking account with U S Bank for more than 10 years.The bank CHARGES E-CESSIVE FEES at the expense of the struggling, hardship and misery of a small businessman like me..I ask them to help me to process credit card transaction on my place of business last - -. After 9 weeks of no activity, people are not buying or spending anything and no transactions on credit card machine, I inform the bank that I can not continue to operate at loss every week, told them I will be GOING OUT OF BUSINESS. The bank told me FOR THE FIRST TIME after 9 weeks, that the credit card machine contract is NON-CANCELLABLE..The bank should have told me that from beginning. Deceiving and un-ethical. The bank told me I have to continue paying the LEASE @ $43.00 a month even though I am going out of business and no means of income from my business..The bank know from the beginning, I keep them inform every week for 8 weeks, that I am losing money ... It is deception on their part, unfair and un ethical. I bank with them for more than 10 years..Please help me to stop them charging me $43.00 /month, and cancelled the lease. I also tried to talk to the manager of the branch, but the manager refuse to help me resolve the problems.. Thank you. - - -
