I had a fraudulent charge on my account from a service i had canceled. I called U.S. bank to ask for a stop charge because my account was overdrawn. He agreed to stop it but it was never stopped. The charge went through and i was charged the - dollars. I called back had the - $ refunded but there charge caused me to have - more overdraft fees. They agreed to refund - of them because it was there mistake but not the third because i had agreed to pay the - $ for the stop charge that never went through. The overdraft fee is keeping me in the negative and will have more overdraft fees by tomorrow morning even though i had depositied - dollars cash into my account to cover the cost of my purchases. they are charging me several over draft fees for a service they said they would provide but never did. I have no control over the situation and they refuse to refund me the total amount they have basically stolen from me. I have direct deposit and can not avoid my next check being half of what it should be, which is tomorrow -/-/2016. They say its there policy not to refund all overdraft fees, even though it was there mistake that put me in this situation.
