Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low Pennsylvania

On - I had another late charge for an insurance payment ; the funds were not available because of a previous illegal INSUFFICIENT FUNDS. On - I had $200.00 so I made a few purchases for the month from - and -. On - my car payment hit that I forgot about through all the confusion ; this should have been the only INSUFFICIENT FUNDS FEE. Once again M & T placed this before all my - purchases and I am facing another - INSUFFICIENT FUNDS FEE or $230.00. The grand total since - n they place the $54.00 out of order starting this planned snowball effect will be $340.00 for -. Since I am on SS I keep track of every penny with - and I did not do this. If M & T are going to jockey transactions around outside the normal bank ledger then they should provide the software to keep track.
