Bought American Express Bluebird card -/-/2016 @ -. Amount deposited to card $10000.00. Spend $14.00 and $2.00 on temporary card. Received/activated new card, but did not " link '' temp card # to new card. Have unused balance of $82.00. Am Ex will not transfer amount of $82.00 to activated card because I can not give them either temp card # or code from pack. I shredded those upon activating new card. - gave me printout of transaction, but Am Ex insists can not trace temp card without card # or code. Please note they have my entire profile on file to go by that. Surely I am not the only senior citizen to have neglected to link the two cards. Is this a scam?
