Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low North Carolina
U.S Bank paid out settlement monies, twice, in regards to a lawsuit. Whenever the monies came due, the bank finalged with my account costing me close to - in overdraft fees. I get SSI, 733 monthly. I called to check my balance and it was good, soon as I used my card the bank withdrew money from a bill from two weeks prior which led to several overdraft fees. The same thing happened with this last settlement payment. This bank is using our money to help pay their settlement judgement.
