Credit reporting company's investigation Investigation took too long Maryland

I did a dispute on - - and I was told that it would take 30 days. I did another dispute on a totally different item on -/-/2016. I am now being told that the - - dispute will not be completed until -/-/2016 because they received another dispute during that time. This is unacceptable. The FCRA says that the CRA have 30 days to complete an investigation. If they can not complete this by -/-/2016, they should delete it. Enclose is the statement where they said it would be completed on -/-/2016.
