The US Bank changed my Business account which had no fees to a savings account -/-/2016. This change included the right of the bank to take out fees if the account operated with a balance of $1000.00 or less. I tried to talk to their customer service person - and was told the bank did n't change the account at first, but in the end of the conversation he admitted they had changed the account. This account is now closed as it went into an overdue amount. We did not give the bank the right to change the account as we only intended the account to be used by our start up business.
