Incorrect information on credit report Account status Virginia

Equifax refuses to report student loans as paid in full, - balance. The Department of Education/- granted me a discharge for - on -/-/2016 for all my student loans, including loans with - and with Department of Education/-. I have sent copies of the discharge paperwork to Equifax, but Equifax refuses to remove the loans or report them as paid in full and closed with - balance. This is in violation of federal law.
