Non-federal student loan Dealing with my lender or servicer Received bad information about my loan Massachusetts
I was told that if my daughter paid her loans on time for 2 years I could be released as a co signer on 2 loans. She has never been late on a payment and has a credit rating in the - 's. She is paid ahead on her Federal Loans up to 2018. RISLA claims her credit is n't good enough because they do n't count her student loans as part of her credit report. This is not what is stated on any application to RISLA so how can they change our agreement like this?
