Non-federal student loan Dealing with my lender or servicer Received bad information about my loan New Jersey
On -/-/- I tried to log into - and make a payment on my student loans. I was not allowed to login, the website showed a message that my social security and birthdays supposedly did n't match up. I have been using this site, with that exact log in for 9 years and I can prove that the payments were made from my account. The loan was taken out -/-/-. I spoke with a representative named - ( employee ID number - ). She obstructed me from making a payment then told me that they needed a copy of my birth certificate and driver 's license faxed over to them. They have had this information for nine years and this sounds fraudulent. They also mentioned a loan from - - -, which I never took out with them. If the serviced was changed, I was never notified and I do n't know what they are talking about. This sounds like fraud.
