Credit reporting company's investigation Investigation took too long Illinois

I have a lot of Hard inquieres, on my credit report the only thing I can think of my computer was stolen early this year. I had all my information in it, also it saved all my passwords and would put in all my info on any app that a person went to how can you help if you could. I have tried to send letters to the credit companys and the bureaus with no response when I did get a response it said no action taken. thank you in advance
