I have a credit card from Macy 's. Without my consent, they enrolled me in a credit protection program from Citibank in which they will charge my account. I received a letter I was enrolled in the program. They provide a web site for me to cancel. i search the address sevral types and nothing shows up. I have to try to call them to cancel. I am a very busy oerson and I should not be enrolled on programs without my previous consent.
