Both letters were sent certified mail. - - - replied back to my complaint that I filed on here, - - -. Below is their response which is completely false and in accurate. " Response disputed - - - - said : Explanation of closure - purchased the - - - - - -, -. ( " - - '' ) credit - account ending in - on or about - -, - Business records provided to - by - - at the time of our purchase verify that the account was opened on - -, -, by - - - whose social security number ends in - and that a balance of $480.00 was due on the account at the time of - - purchase.

I share the same name with my deceased father that passed away in -. He was going through financial hardship in his last years, I already have a identity fraud case filed with all - reporting credit bureaus. It is very easy for a parent who shares a name with their child to open accounts in the child 's name. Which is the case here. This debt does not belong to me what so ever. This account needs to be deleted from my - - and Experian credit reports. - - - broke the law by not responding to me in a timely manner and not even responding at all. I never received the letters they claim they sent on - -, - or the letter they claim to have sent on or about - -, -.
