Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low Missouri
On -/-/- a creditor debited my account for $270.00 which cost me an overdraft. I called the bank and told them what was happening and the were refunding me. Before I could get refunded the company debited my account for another $270.00 on -/-/-. So on - - I received part of a refund and then the rest on -/-/-. At that time I had talked to the bank 3 more times explaining the situation. The last time they refused to go to -/-/- where the problem started so they could keep my overdrafts. There are - overdraft and - extended. I would be $830.00 in the black if they refunded all. They refunded -, which did n't get me from overdraft. Do n't they have to keep correct books on your accounts? Or can they just take what they want when they want. Everything that is social security direct deposit and I have gotten paid twice @ $1300.00 each. The have gotten all of that and I am still overdraft of $640.00. I would like for everything to go back to -/-/- and replace all the money they took with malaise of forethought for a struggling - on -. They were causing me terrible stress because I missed 2 payment of my car and the company was going to repo it. I hope you can help me I have no other place to get it.
