Someone stole our debit card number and more than $7000.00. out of our BB & T bank account. My husband had the card in his possession, but when he used it, it must 've been copied or however criminals do it. I made a claim with the fraud department at BB & T bank and also a police report at the - - - -. I was then in a letter denied by BB & T for the return of our money. All of BB & T workers at the -, Florida branch do not know policy and give you a complete runaround.
