Closing/Cancelling account Virginia
My BLOOMINGDALES credit card account had a $420.00 credit that was stolen evidently by a Bloomingdale employee. I 've contacted customer service and had no results. We were in - - -/-/- at Bloomingdales which refused my purchase stating that my account was closed. Store inqired further to find that account was closed -/-/-. We received no notification of card termination in fact we had confirmed that credit would not expire. Instead of issuing a check for credit our Bloomingdale credit was used in FULL for merchandise on -/-/- by an unknown source. Purchase accured exactly 15 days after account was supposedly closed.
