I have - credit cards : - -, - and U.S. Bank. In about - 2016, I received an offer from - to transfer balances from my other cards to - for a 0 % interest rate until - -. There were - checks attached. I wrote - checks ; - for - and - for US Bank. The check to - went through without a problem. I forgot the transfer fees so the check to US Bank was returned because the - amounts went over my credit limit. I called - and it was re-submitted ( with a different amount ) to US Bank. I received a statement from - showing the check was submitted to US Bank ( check -. - ). When I called US Bank, they claim they never received it. Now, - is going to have to cancel that check and re-submit it ( electronically ). I 'm assessed a $25.00 fee by US Bank every time there is a returned check. I keep being told by US Bank that they do n't show any check by - and - says it was cashed - -. I 'm trying to pay down my credit cards and I feel US Bank is deliberately keeping me from doing so. I do n't have a complaint about -, who is trying to help me.
