I HAVE THE RIGT TO REFUND MY MONEY IF WESTERN UNION DOES NOT FORWARD THE MONEY RECEIVED FROM WITHIN 10 DAYS. SECTION 2102 OF THE CALIFORNIA FINANCIAL CODE. PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO THIS LETTER. BECAUSE THE PEOPLE WESTERN UNION NO LISTEN TO ME.
