Non-federal student loan Dealing with my lender or servicer Don't agree with fees charged Minnesota

I attended - University and - - back in 2009 and now they are no longer operating in Minnesota due legal or other issues.When - schools closed, transcripts were sent to Mn -. Mn - ca n't find - transcript 's, and - 's credits are not transferable ( which when signed up for - was told they would be ). Now I am stuck paying on a loan and nothing to show for it. Wells Fargo is servicor of my private Loan, and has excessed more than $3000.00 fees on the loan, because they would not work with me, when explained I could n't afford $500.00 a month for a payment and it went to write off/collections, the loan was only $10000.00. I asked Wells Fargo for a loan forgiveness a year or - ago, due to the - colleges closed in minnesota and - college not being able to have access to transcripts and the other college not be able to use credits for classes taken. I had to start all over at another college because of all this, and with starting all over I now have student loan debt in amount of $70000.00 for all - schools combined. Wells fargo said nothing I can do, being its private loan. There should be the same options for private that are for federal, and people whos schools closed or other issue and now ca n't use credits or degree.These for profit schools get people to take out private loans because they convince them its needed to finish school. I was young when this happen, and not educated enough to not take out a private loan, or look furthering into fraud these - schools were pulling.
