At lease end, I turned in my leased - - -, through Ally Bank, to the - dealer. It was a 39 month lease and the car was was is very good condition with leads than - miles on it. Prior to turn in the dealer manager and I throuroughly examined it and estimated repair costs for scratches and I decided to turn it in as is. When Ally sent the the repair bill, it included a dent that myself nor the body shop manager saw, I washed waxed and went over the car with extreme care and there was no dent. I called Ally to complain and was told a rep would ( and did ) contact me. The rep said the car was at auction and I would be informed of sale price. That never happened. I returned the last bill with an explanation about this and said I was not going to pay for a non existant dent, and continue to receive the same bill and no info about auction sale.it has been 2 months since turn in. Ally leasing has a policy that gives the leaser no way to dispute the inspection.i want the charge for the non existant dent removed from the bill.
