Bank of America failed to timely post *2* payments to my credit card in the past week ... which should have been simple transfers within the bank, from my checking/savings accounts. This is a PATTERN OF BEHAVIOR over the past year. Please hold them accountable. ( I will copy this report to Sen. - since BoA is thoroughly unresponsive ... e.g. I 've been " on hold '' for over an hour. )
