Synchrony Financial Credit card department,
In -/-/- I had a Sam 's credit card that I have never been late on since -/-/-. I make very big payments on my card. In -/-/- I logged into my account and it said to call in. I could not access the account. I was told that my account along with - other accounts I have with Synchony have been suspended until I get a letter in the mail explaining why and to call in when I get the letter. I never got the letter and also could not make payments and was told the only way I could make a payment was to cancel the card. I tried to redeem my $210.00 worth of rewards but they only mail a check every -/-/-. This is the craziest thing I ever heard. I did google and they have been doing this to - people. Was never told why account were suspended. I cancelled the card in order to make my payment because I do not make later payments. I want my $210.00 I am owed.
