Unsolicited issuance of credit card Pennsylvania

I just received, and the co-owner of my home also received, a credit card from Wells Fargo. The - cards had the same account number. Neither one of us requested such a card or applied for such a card. I have never had an account with Wells Fargo. Since Wells Fargo had already been fined for such activity, this is really unacceptable. Clearly the fine for their unethical activity was far too small since they continue to start accounts which were never requested.
