I had received several cash advances from my credit card company - Citibank. For each $5000.00 cash advance withdrawal, I was charged ~ $350.00 from the cash advance company for the transaction, plus ~ $280.00 from my credit card company Citibank for transaction fee, plus ~ $70.00 interest from my credit card company as well, even though my account had a negative balance where I overpaid my account. This came to a grand total of ~- %. This is way excessive, given the amount of money, for each instance ( - ). When I asked my credit card company Citibank for a refund of my fees, they said that I could not negotiate a better rate till after being a customer for 6 months. When I told them that my account had a negative balance where they owed me money, they said, interest is charged on the amount, regardless if my account is negative. This is starting to sound like a new - - Scam.
