I was not able to get online to see interest that would be added to my account because when I signed up for the card it chose evil. - came around without any notice from anyone knowing I could not get online and I was having to make payments over the phone a $200.00 interest rate was added. I feel like customer service should have informed me bacauae I had no other way to be informed of the charge that was goingg to happen,
