As you suggested, I have followed up with - - again and they said " they negotiated the check correctly '' Citibank cleared the check. It was the responsibility of Citibank to insure the check had the - required signatures before clearing the check. Therefore, Citibank is responsible to replace the check. Please advise me on when I will receive this check to resolve this issue. Sincerely,
