citi bank bought my best buy credit card debt. I called because i dont live in the US anymore and didnt have access to my mail. They said that it was imposible for me to get my statements, but i was worried because i had a promotion with best buy and didnt know when it will expire, rep told me that i still had time and gave me a wrong date, next thing instead of owing $200.00 dollars that i had left I owed $1000.00 and debt still growing. STILL not receiving statements and account was closed so very hard to get info on the account.
