Closing/Cancelling account Arizona
I was talking to Citi representative today, whose name is -, about my credit card Citi bank. I was actually thinking about closing this account. But the - told me the benefits of the account and informed me that the account has no annual fee. So, I changed my mind and decide to leave the account open. I clearly told the representative, who is -, " I will leave the account open ''. What 's more, - Said '' Okay, I will keep this account open and thank you for continuing business with Citi '' Nicely, I hang up my phone. Ironically, I immediately got an email from Citi, telling me that my account is closed. I mean, seriously, this is how Citi bank trick its customers??? This is unbelievable.
