I never had an account with Citibank for student loans. There was someone else that opened up accounts in my name and I did not receive any benefits from the loans. None of the money went to my college, for my degree. Now, Citibank keeps bothering me and taking me to court. This is embarrassing because they keep sending court documents to my job. They froze my bank account -/-/- to -/-/2016- when I had the issue resolved in court. They froze my account again on -/-/2016. They will not answer my calls, emails or fax. The only time I was finally able to talk to someone -/-/-, the woman cursed me out and hung up on me. I never had an account with them and they keep making up this this $10000.00 plus amount. I have sent several letters to them via mail, fax and email and they will not respond. I can not take care of me and my baby because they keep freezing my account, whenever they feel like it. This account is not even on any of my credit reports and I check several times a month. They refuse to tell me how I received this balance. They are very rude. They sent this issue over to - - attorneys. I am very upset about this issue.
