I was offered a credit card pre approved. them I filled it out. When I received card - dollars was due. Once the first year ends it is 10 a month. I never activated card, when I received a call from the company. They told me they would cancel card and refund the -. 4 months later and account is open, never have I charged on card. Charging 25 % of limit was not on the application. Otherwise I would not have applied.
