as stated in the last response from boa -/-/2016 my modification was filed.the mod agreement payment is - the -/-/- statement reflected - .i called - the account rep he stated that that was incorrect and to pay what is stated in your modification.the payment made was - and it was recvd by boa 2 days prior to the due date.boa charged my - late for and - partial payment no full payment by -/-/2016. and this will again appear on my credit ... .please something should be done to this financial institution that can not seem to correctly handle their customers finances
