JPMorgan Chase & Co. Credit card department,
I authorized - to auto-charge my account for $60.00 when i was abroad and gave them Chase credit card info. My - phone number is - and - account is -. They charged my account $300.00. I called and they said it was for a " line transfer charge ''. At no point when I was setting up my account was I informed of a " line transfer charge '' by -. I would like the $240.00 back since at no point at all was I told of this charge, and it was charged to my credit card without my approval. Since - says all calls are recorded, they should go back and check their call logs and show if at any point I was told about this $240.00 charge.
