On -/-/2016, I opened a new Citibank saving account in a branch with $ -. Because, I was told that if I bring new money to Citibank, I 'll get some free bonus - $400.00 - So, I get better returns that what I 'm getting in my other bank. I have contacted the bank in person ( the branch that the account was open ) and never available, online and phone - they are not able help. The bonus have not been deposited and per online and phone representative, the account was not setup for that. They are asking for a promotion code. I honestly did n't know about promotion code or something like that. I just opened an account to get the bonus. Citibank is not clear with the advertising, they do n't say ask for code and keep, and the teammebers are not being train to open this accounts. It 's clear that they made a mistake in the setup.
