I, - -, am extremely disappointment with DITECH representatives and all the miscommunication I have been receiving. On - -, 2016 my legal representative from - - - had a phone call from - extension - who is my single point of contact. She requested the Non- Borrower credit authorization form, but never specified that DITECH required a legal form, she told - - - - - that it could be a hand writing authorization. Yesterday - - - called to do a follow up regarding my case and was told that my file was submitted to the under- writer, but that the Non- Borrower income presented was not going to be used due to that fact the Non - Borrower credit authorization form was n't acceptable. I 've been trying to get a Lon Modification for that last year and has been denied for income purposed. I need my daughter 's income to be used in the review. I ask you to please take into consideration my daughter 's income, who is my contributor.
