Dear -, My case number is -. I am dissatisfied with American Express Response. American Express has completely ignored my complaint that I have made a phone call in - 2015 and closed ALL my American Express accounts With - balance ( call was recorded ). I explained to the representative on the phone that I am living - now and all my business relationship with the addition person on the card, - -, who lives in California, has ceased. The american express representative assured me on the phone that all the accounts were closed with
). They ignored the fact that my accounts were closed by me with zero balance in - 2015. Those charges were made in - 2015, long after I closed all my accounts. Please kindly investigate this matter as my phone conversations to close the accounts were recorded by American Express. Please involve federal trade commissioner or any entity that can help justice be served and protect consumers from such negligence. Thank you and looking forward to hearing from you. Kindest regards,
