Incorrect information on credit report Reinserted previously deleted info Alaska
have had a debt that was suppose to come off of my report -. account was opened in - of - according to a previous credit report, it showed when it would be removed. the reporting agency also said during the most recent dispute they updated my information based on a previous investigation.. All I ever did with this account was give them documentation to prove that I did not owe the debt. and all they did was adjust the amount owed to a couple - less. upon reviewing the new credit report where it should have came off. they have now updated it to remain for another year and changed the dates for reported to - which is clearly untrue by the documents i am providing. they also changed the date of status from - to -. once again I never made any payments to this account or updated any information other than to prove i did not owe. I currently have this debt taken off of my other credit reports because its passed the amount of time to be reported on.I included that credit report to show when they started reporting and when they opened the account for collections
