-/-/- or -/-/2016 I entered into a Repayment Plan with CitiMortgage. The Repayment Plan stayed the foreclosure proceedings in the - County Superior Court. Paragraph - of the Repayment Agreement states that the payments are due on or before the due dates. ( the - of the month ) Payments were to begin on -/-/2016 for -. I did not make the payment on -/-/2016 and did not make payment on -/-/2016. Sometime -/-/2016 I called my then homeowner support specialist for CitiMortgage, someone by the name of - - -, to see if the Repayment Agreement was still active or had been cancelled. I added that I had the money to catch up the payments for -/-/- and - 2016 of the Repayment Plan. - - said she needed to check " into somethings '' and would get back with me. A few days later, she called and stated the agreement had not been cancelled yet, but that I would have to pay -/-/-, -/-/- and -/-/- to keep the Repayment Plan. On - -, 2016 I sent to CitiMortgage $2500.00. I did not make the -, 2016 by the first of the month. On or about - -, 2016 I received an email from CitiMortgage stating my new Homeowner Support Specialist would be someone named - -. On - -, 2016 CitiMortgage sent me an unsigned letter stating that my Repayment Plan would be cancelled. I then called - - and was essentially told that - - made a mistake in taking the payments for -/-/-, -/-/- and -/-/- and that she did n't go through the appropriate underwriters.
