US bank is marketing and selling its - perks travel rewards credit card with a lot of benefits. However, I have this card for more than 33 days now and I absolutely have no access to their promotion site and the offers they are marketing. I have been lied and cheated muitlple times by the customer care. Sometimes, I have been told that the offers are not for everyone but when I insisted that the credit card benefit booklet I received mentions all these offers and there is no targeted offer clause. Then, I was transferred to different departments and this has been happening for more than a month. They tried to plead me with - points and told me that I will have access to the benefits after my first billing cycle. However, I am still struggling to even find out what my card offers. The customer service says it 's a technical issue and technical team says they never heard of this site before. This site is mentioned on every page of the booklet sent to me by the bank. It 's -
