I had a Wellsfargo representative set up automatic payment on my checking account for my Wellsfargo automobile loan. I was told that the automatic payment was going to start -/-/16. I went up to the Wellsfargo on - on -/-/16 withdrew $200.00 to pay my automobile loan and was told by the teller that I did not have to pay because the money was scheduled to come out automatically. I then get a phone call from Wellsfargo beginning of - that my payment was past due. So on -/-/16 I went up to the bank and withdrew $240.00 and paid my past due balance and at the time I was told by the teller they made an error and the automatic will definitely become effective and the money would be taken out on -/-/16. I then get another call from Wellsfargo in - that my account is now TWO months past due. So I went up to the Wellsfaro on - on -/-/16 again to express my frustration and I then paid a total of $530.00 to bring my account up to balance. I spoke to a manager who expressed to me he would get to the bottom of it.
Then on -/-/16 $200.00 was a automatic payment taken out and again posted to the wrong account. My Wellsfargo account for the month of -, - and I believe - are listed as delinquent as per the credit union. So I have been trying to get Wellsfargo to contact the Credit Bureau because it was their fault my accounts became delinquent and I have been going back and fourth with them since - and no one has yet to rectify this situation for me. I was finally able to reach someone higher up by the name of - - ( not sure of the spelling of his last name ) at dealer services in - who initially seemed like he was going to help us but after calling his phone ( - ) for a week straight and leaving a voicemail every day with no response I feel like I am being ignored again! All I want is the delinquency to be taken off my account so I can move forward and begin my home buying process. This is extremely unfair that I am being penalized for something that was Wellsfargo fault and the fact that no one is trying to help me is unacceptable! Someone at Wellsfargo needs to be held accountable for what they did to my account.
