FHA mortgage Loan servicing, payments, escrow account Illinois

I notified my Mortgage Company, Freedom Mortgage, on Apr -, 2016, that - of my parcels taxes had not been paid from my escrow account. They ended up only paying for - of them. Now my taxes have been sold at tax sale in - 2016, and I have started the process of redeeming them myself. I have notified them, but I only get a boilerplate response that they have received my communication. This is not acceptable.
